Mariner Biscuits

Mariner Biscuits are a modern adaptation of pilot bread or hard tack, an ancient solution used by sailors for conserving bread during long ocean voyages in a natural way.

They can be eaten alone, at meals, at any time and in particular, for making canapés, as they can be combined with savoury or sweet ingredients and since they are resistant to damp, they do not grow soft over time.
