The cooking blog «Lambonadas de Galicia» has created a sweet recipe using our Mariñeiras. They’ve transformed the classic bread pudding into little Mariñeiras bread pudding cakes filled with pastry cream. Don’t tell us they don’t look amazing!

We are very excited to share this good news with all of you: this coming May, we will begin construction on new facilities in the Chantada industrial park in order to have enough capacity to double our production, which currently stands at around 6,000 kilos per day.
