Daveiga’s Galletas Marineras® are a modern adaptation of “pan de barco” or “bizcocho de barco,” an old sailors’ method for naturally preserving bread during long ocean voyages. This connection to the sea is now also reflected in the new design with a retro feel, where the main character is a friendly sailor who reinforces the value of this traditional product.
