INGREDIENTS
- 1.5 kg of ripe red tomatoes (I like to use pear tomatoes for this recipe)

- 1/4 red bell pepper (optional)
- Extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
- White wine vinegar
- Salt
- Hard-boiled egg and finely chopped Serrano ham for garnish
- 5/5 Natural Mariñeiras with EVOO Flavor
