This study, conducted by the prestigious British newspaper in collaboration with Statista, FT 1000: Europe’s Fastest-Growing Companies, , lists the 1,000 European companies with the highest growth rates in recent years. It highlights the companies that serve as the driving force behind the European economy.

This isn't the first time the Financial Times has taken notice of us. In 2018, we ranked 503rd, and this year we reached 548th place, with cumulative growth of 315% during the period analyzed (2014–2017). As a result, we’ve made it into the middle of a list dominated by companies in the technology, construction, and services sectors based primarily in Germany, the United Kingdom, and France.

We are very proud of this achievement. This project has grown from 5 employees to a team of more than 50 people today, producing more than 4,000 kilos of Mariñeiras® bread slices per day.

We’ve always wanted to support rural communities and the social economy. To develop a labor-intensive project that would create added value in the local area. Being featured in studies like this helps us highlight the idea that inspired Daveiga: If we commit to it, rural areas and the social economy have a future.
