ingredients
- Camembert cheese
- Walnuts
- 350 gr of onion
- 200 grams of assorted mushrooms
- 50 ml of brandy
- 50 ml of olive oil
- 50 ml of brown sugar
- Mariñeiras Butter-Flavored Canapés
The onion and mushroom jam goes great with cheese—it makes for a super tasty snack.
preparation
- We start by making the jam. To do this, we peel the onions and cut them into julienne strips.
- Chop the mushrooms.
- Sauté the onion in a skillet with the oil. When it becomes translucent, add the mushrooms and cook for a few minutes.
- Add the sugar, let it caramelize, and stir in the brandy.
- Let it simmer over medium heat.
- To make the jam smoother, we blend it in a food processor.
- Place the cheese in an air fryer-safe dish. Make some crosswise cuts all over the top.
- Spread the jam on top and sprinkle with some chopped walnuts, opening up the cuts in the cheese slightly so the jam can seep inside.
- Set the air fryer for 12 minutes at 180º.
- Remove from the oven and serve with Mariñeiras® bread toasts.
And that's it! Enjoy them.😎
